A much-loved Rutherglen winery icon has been given a fresh new chapter with a purpose-built cellar door, tasting areas and alfresco seating.
Enviro Culture Services was honoured to deliver the Monument Hill redevelopment in partnership with AlburyCity, the Albury RSL Club, and the local community.
Nestled amongst natural creek lines and established environmental reserves, Brooklyn Fields Estate is evolving into a thriving masterplanned community of more than 2,000 homes to be delivered across eleven stages.
The owner of this property has been gradually increasing biodiversity areas in key locations of his farm over the past ten years. ECS was engaged to assist with larger-scale tree lots and creek line biodiversity plantings, as well as dam rehabilitation works featuring heavy-duty fencing and rock beaching. The dam rehabilitation works have been so successful the site now features on the cover of the NSW Local Land Sustainable Farms brochure for Enhancing Farm Dams.
Enviro Culture Services proudly delivered this Design & Construct project for Wangaratta Rural City Council, transforming Whitfield Reserve into a modern and welcoming space for both locals and travellers.
Award-winning Design & Construct project extending the Belvoir Park regional playspace in Wodonga. This project won the Parks & Leisure Association Award of Excellence for Best Playground $500K (Vic/Tas Region) in 2024. Works included landscape design, demolition, drainage, electrical and irrigation upgrades, new shelters, BBQ facilities and park furniture, concrete pavements, playground installation with challenging activities for older children, soil preparation, mulching, tree and bedding plantings, grassing, automatic irrigation, and playground surfacing.
As part of a larger Corowa Foreshore Activation Projects Masterplan, ECS reshaped and stabilised more than 70Lm of flood affected areas near the popular Ball Park boat ramp area.
Located in close proximity to the river, this design and construct project creates a strong sense of place by drawing inspiration from the colours, textures and character of the River Redgum landscape.
Working with Enviro Culture Services has been seamless from start to finish — from the design, understanding the community consultation process and works on the ground they have shown a high standard of understanding of the brief, the site and the key deliverables of the project. Being able to explain the works onsite and the process to deliver was outstanding, as well as being highly adaptable to site specific issues that presented challenges to the construction on the go was well explained, documented and still delivered an on-time project.
